Paul Davis MSc FRICS MBEng MCIArb is a graduate from South Bank University and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1975.

Paul has spent his years since qualifying gaining a broad range of experience.

He has a wide experience of all aspects of surveying work which include residential, industrial, commercial and leisure buildings. He has covered major refurbishment works for industrial organizations and housing associations together with small private companies, and has expertise in a comprehensive range of surveys and valuations on all types of property. He has carried out valuations for all purposes from investment, acquisition, and disposal and asset valuations for both institutions and trading companies, as well as commercial lending valuations.

Paul is a member of the "Pyramus and Thisbe" club.


Robert A. Holmes MA FCA MCIT MILT is a non-executive director and board member. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977. He has an impressive record of planning and implementing strategic development in UK and international operations, developing funding strategies and managing banking and investor relations, and improving finance operations.

With 12 years experience as Finance Director, Bob was at the heart of the strategic development of businesses. Since 2003 he has been successfully applying these skills in helping owner-managed businesses to set and achieve their strategic objectives acting as Non-executive Director or Board Mentor to businesses.


Neil Ward ICIOB qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Building in 1983.

He has dealt with numerous building projects from inception to completion over many years including design and drawing, preparation of Specifications, Bills of Quantities, Contract Management as well as Health and Safety Management and Planning Supervision from individual minor works to major new build projects.

Neil specialises in Party Wall work and is a member of the "Pyramus and Thisbe" club. Neil currently runs the Property Management department and deals with Leasehold and Dilapidation Matters. Neil also undertakes Building Surveys and Investigation reports.
